Rhubarb & Custard

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Tequila Rose
  • 2 parts Strawberry puree
  • 6 parts Vanilla custard
  • 1 part Rhubarb liqueur
  • Rhubarb foam

Method

Shake & strain first 3 ingredients, then layer rhubarb foam on top. Garnish with Rhubarb, strawberry and Tequila Rose mini tartlet. Strawberry sprinkles.
