Tequila Rose Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box White Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup Tequila Rose
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 cup Puréed Strawberries
Frosting
- 2 Tbsp Tequila Rose
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)
How to Make
Baking Cake
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Add cake mix, Tequila Rose, eggs, and oil into a large bowl
- Mix until everything is well blended
- Fold puréed strawberries into mixture
- Grease a 10-inch cake pan
- Pour mixture into cake pan
- Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour (Check doneness with a toothpick)
- Let cool completely
Frosting
- Sift powdered sugar into a bowl
- Add Tequila Rose and butter into bowl
- Mix until smooth
Ice cake and decorate!
