Strawberry Shortcake Sundae
- 1 cup Tequila Rose
- 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 cups Sliced Strawberries
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pound Cake
- Beat ice cream in a bowl just until softened
- Fold in Tequila Rose
- Transfer to a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap
- Freeze at least 2 hours
- Toss strawberries with sugar and lemon juice
- Let stand for 30 minutes
- Slice pound cake into 1/2 inch chunks
- Put 2 scoops of ice cream into a glass
- Add a couple of pound cake pieces and some strawberry mixture on top
- Add another scoop of ice cream
- Top with whipped cream and more strawberry mixture
